Frequently asked questions
1. DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE BEFORE JOINING?
No previous experience is required for beginner-level courses. If you already have PMU or SMP experience, the training can also help you further develop your technique and practical skills.
2. IS THE TRAINING HANDS-ON?
Yes. In-person training combines theory, demonstrations and practical exercises. Hands-on components vary depending on the course selected.
3. WILL I PRACTISE ON A LIVE MODEL?
Live model practice may be included depending on the training programme and course structure. Full details will be confirmed before enrolment.
4. WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE?
Yes. A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the training programme.
5. ARE TRAINING MATERIALS PROVIDED?
Yes. Materials required during the training will be provided. Starter Kits are included in selected programmes and will be confirmed before enrolment.
6. DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT AFTER THE COURSE?
Yes. Selected training programmes include post-course technical support to help you continue practising and developing your skills after training.
7. CAN I CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE TRAINING COURSE?
Yes. You can choose an individual course, a combination programme, or the Full PMU & SMP Training depending on the skills you would like to learn.
